About us

We’re a family of four living in Wylie, Texas — a charming suburb just northeast of Dallas. Originally from the Chicago area, we made the move to North Texas in the Spring of 2022 to start a new chapter of our lives. Together with our two children, Audrey and Dean, we’ve embraced this community as our home.

As co-owners, we’ve been happily married for 11+ years and share nearly two decades of experience, each in our respective fields. Jeffrey brings close to 20 years of leadership in contact center management across multiple industries, while Rachel contributes her 20 years of expertise in Medical Esthetics. Our different career paths have always had one common thread: helping people.

Give Back Essentials was born at the beginning of 2025 as the culmination of a shared vision. We wanted to create a personal care and homegoods brand that feels intentional — handmade by us, crafted with clean, high-quality ingredients, and rooted in a mission that matters deeply to our family: giving back.
